Dear Friends:

Once again another Christmas is approaching us. Every year when we celebrate Christmas it must be celebrated with a renewed attitude and fresh enthusiasm. In this feast day we celebrate some of the basic components of our faith that are Faith, Hope and Love. People who had participated first Christmas showed deep faith, great hope and sincere love in the presence of the Lord. Mary and Joseph had expressed strong faith in the promises of God. The couples Zacharias and Elizabeth were people of hope and waited for the promises of God to be accomplished. The shepherds shared great amount of joy and love when they heard the proclamation from the angels " Glory to God in the highest and Peace to people on earth". They were all brightened by the special events. " For the true light was coming into the world, the light that enlightens everyone" John 1;9.

Even if Christmas is celebrated a thousand times, if Christ is not born in our hearts today there is no meaning in all festivities. Only when every individual experiences this Salvation fulfilled in Christ, Christmas becomes a meaningful celebration. "From his fullness have we all received Grace upon grace." John 1:16".

Let us make this Christmas a true one and meaningful one by initiating in us faith, hope and love. Jesus who came as the light of the world may dispel the darkness surrounding us. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and Blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ
